If something here is wrong, out of date, or reads as more certain than the evidence supports, that is the most useful message you can send. I will check it against the source and correct it.

The other thing worth sending is the question you cannot get answered anywhere else. A lot of what is on this site started as exactly that.

One thing I cannot do is tell you what to take or what dose. I am a medical technologist writing about the research and about my own experience, not your clinician. Anything specific to your body belongs with someone who can examine you and read your labs.
